I’m a Registered Psychologist with a strong passion for supporting individuals in a gentle, client-centred, informed and affirmative way. I’ve worked across a variety of roles focused on the wellbeing of both neurodivergent and neurotypical folk and their families.
I see the therapeutic relationship as the heart of meaningful intervention, and I take the time to ensure each person feels safe and comfortable before we begin any therapeutic work.
In my practice, I regularly support individuals navigating experiences such as anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation challenges, stress, burnout, self-esteem, identity exploration, grief and loss, and life transitions. I take a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, drawing on elements of narrative therapy, mindfulness, and attachment theory to gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Whether someone is facing difficulties at school, in relationships, or during a significant life shift, I aim to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection.
Continual learning is important to me, and I’m always building on my skills and knowledge so I can tailor my support to each person’s unique strengths, needs and goals.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me soaking up the sun, lost in a story, or tinkering with something hands-on or creative.
