I see my work as walking alongside individuals, parents and families on your journey, to build on your strengths, determine your own goals, and to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic space for you to create meaningful change. I adopt a playful, accepting, curious and empathetic (PACE) stance to build meaningful connections with all individuals and families I work with and so therapy with me can involve play, puppets, creations, and your own special interests.
I have a strong interest in working with young children, parents and families to develop stronger collaborative relationships. In addition to therapy, I offer parent problem-solving sessions and conduct cognitive and psycho-educational assessments.
Accumulating a range of experiences working across settings, including schools, hospitals and child protection, I first and foremost value the wealth of expertise that comes from the individuals I work with, who have the greatest understanding of their own experience. I draw on a range of evidence based therapeutic modalities and frameworks to work with you and alongside you.
When not at work, I recharge my batteries by being outdoors, going for walks, spending time with my loved ones, and travelling near or far.
