Registered Psychologist

I am a Registered Psychologist who enjoys working with all ages. I enjoy demystifying psychology to those who are new to therapy (it’s not like the movies!) and are unsure of what to expect. I aim to be approachable, flexible and fun.

Wanna lie upside down while we chat? Sure thing. Wanna play catch with fidget toys? Whatever makes you feel comfortable, relaxed & able to engage. Wanna bring your pet lizard? YES PLEASE!! (Toilet trained companions encouraged).

I draw on several evidence-based modalities, predominantly neuroaffiming Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), as well as trauma-informed approaches. I am now offering clients Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I have a Master of Psychology (Professional).

Having worked within the disability sector for the past eight years and education for five years, I have experience working with people with a broad range of neurodiversity and mental health conditions. I also have a passion for working with gender-diverse people AND young men.

In my downtime, I like to eat, bed rot, listen to a good pod (recs welcome), eat, read fantasy, swim (anywhere anytime), eat and hang out with friends.
