Post Diagnostic Support Sessions
Adult Autism
We believe Autism is a natural variation of human experience, and these sessions are rooted in this strengths-based understanding. Receiving an Autism diagnosis can create a variety of emotions, and this session pack provides a space to process these, learn about Autism and the neurodiversity affirming movement while assisting you to understand your brain – how you sense, process, learn, communicate and connect. Whether you want to learn more about yourself, build skills, or simply have a space to be seen and heard following your diagnostic assessment or self-identification, we are here to support you. Every person’s journey is unique, and we are here to help you navigate yours with clarity, compassion, and respect.
