Professional Learning

Our training and workshops are based on the wealth of our clinicians’ psychological training, research, clinical practice and their own lived experience of supporting autistic family members.

Dr Theresa Kidd (Clinical Director), Karl Smith (Business Director) and Melanie Turner (Principal Psychologist) provide private practice business coaching for psychologists and allied health practitioners who:

- are seeking guidance on whether and how to begin working as a sole practitioner

- are considering expanding to a group practice and require a costs/benefits analysis and guidance on how to do this successfully and smoothly

- already have an allied health practice and want to improve certain areas of the business (e.g., team culture, structure, processes, recruitment and   retention, referrals, creating a leadership team, and scaling or diversifying the business).
