Sharni Chambers

Registered Psychologist

I am a registered psychologist who is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of presentations. I place great emphasis on forming and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship, and implementing evidence-based interventions that focus on celebrating the unique strengths of my clients.

My previous experience has allowed me the privilege of working with neurodivergent individuals across the life span and to develop a neurodiversity affirming approach to facilitating therapeutic programs on a range of topics such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem and more. I use multiple therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, and play therapy and ensure that the therapeutic process is client-centred and collaborative.

Outside of work, I love to spend time at the beach, with my dogs or with family and friends.
