Teneille Williams

Registered Psychologist

I am a Registered Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Professional Psychology. Identifying as Non-Binary (She/They), I bring a unique and inclusive perspective to my practice. Over the past nine years, I have amassed experience across various non-government organisations in the mental health sector, and more recently, in private practice. This journey has ignited a deep passion for working with people from all walks of life.

I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore themselves and navigate their challenges collaboratively. By fostering such environments, I empower individuals to identify their values and lead lives rich in personal meaning.

While I am committed to supporting young people and their support networks through any of life’s difficulties, I have a particular interest in assisting those with ADHD, Autism, and individuals who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I employ a collaborative, client-centred approach to ensure each person receives a personalised therapeutic experience.

Utilising modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), I tailor my methods to align with the values and needs of each person I work with.

Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending time in nature, whether hiking or gardening. My creative spirit is often evident in the various projects I have on the go. I am a massive Disney fan, Marvel and Star Wars inclusive. Most of all I cherish time with my two children. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your journey.
