Teneille Williams

Registered Psychologist

Teneille is a Non-Binary (She/They), Registered Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Professional Psychology. They have over ten years’ experience across the youth mental health sector in both non-government organisations and in private practice. Their professional journey has ignited a deep passion for working with people from all walks of life, and all neurotypes. 

They believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore their ‘self’ and navigate life’s challenges. Teneille aims to support client’s by fostering such an environment through authenticity, empathy and collaboration. Their belief is that this platform enables clients to find the resources they need within themselves, where they identify their values and work toward living lives rich in personal meaning.

Teneille is committed to supporting children, teens and young adults, as well as their support networks through any of life’s difficulties. Their professional interests include assisting those with ADHD, Autism, and individuals who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. They employ a collaborative, client-centred approach to ensure each person receives a personalised therapeutic experience.

They utilise modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), which are tailored to the needs of each client.

Outside of their professional role, Teneille enjoys spending time in nature, hiking or gardening. Being creative with various projects on the go. Gaming through PC or the Switch. As well as watching movies or show, they are a massive Disney fan, Marvel and Star Wars inclusive. Most of all they cherish time with their two children and two dogs.
